Each session will be via distance with a short follow-up email. You need to take them within 3 months of your purchase date. However, you can choose how often you would like them, such as weekly or monthly.
You will be sent a code and a link to a calendar to book your appointments at a time and date to suit you showing your time zone. I will send it out as soon as I can, but it may take up to 48hrs.
