Please note, Blissfully Free cannot accept liability for injury or other negative consequences that arise from the use of any of the products or services it sells.
Whether it’s yourself or somebody that is connected to you that has possibly got an illness - serious or not, consulting a doctor/medical professional is to be first in line.
Please be sensible about using complimentary therapies and always seek the appropriate medical advice. My website contains some services that may be considered as complimentary therapies, however, please make sure that under no circumstances do you ignore your doctor's advice or use these services as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.
On viewing this website please consider the use of crystals for healing and other forms of energy work should not be used in replacement for the traditional medical treatments that are available to us.

If you do not make payment before you book your time slot, I reserve the right to cancel it. Once you have made a booking, you have the option to change your appointment and to cancel it. This information is given on your confirmation appointment email.
If you are late for your appointment, immediate notification is necessary. Your time of service may be shortened, if necessary, to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
Please schedule mindfully; slots are limited and fill quickly. If you must reschedule a Reading or Healing Session, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your appointment if possible. You can change your booking by clicking on the button at the end of the email confirmation you were sent for your appointment.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges or payment cancellations for payments made in full or via installment plan via Paypal, Stripe, credit card or any other payment method. This includes missed appointments or classes.
If for any reason, I have to cancel your appointment, I will either refund your payment in full or book in a new time & date with you depending on what you would prefer.
Attunement Manuals are sent by email via a download link, unless otherwise stated and are written in English. If you are unhappy with the attunement manual which you have received I offer the option of exchanging your chosen attunement and manual for another system to the same value. Please email me with the name of the attunement you would like to swap with. Please Note: If I have already set up your attunement, then I will not be able to swap it with another one.
You will be agreeing to these terms when you make your booking.
All items offered on my website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on my website click the 'Add to Basket' button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product you will receive a confirmation email from Blissfully Free confirming your payment & order.
This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Blissfully Free of your offer to buy goods and services from me.
Subscription Terms: Once you subscribe to Blissful Boosts, your Monthly Subscription fee will automatically process in the next billing cycle. Blissfully Free will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription.
Free Trial: The free trial, if offered, for Blissful Boosts means you get free access to all aspects of the Membership as laid out on the Blissful Boost website page for the period stated and no payment will be taken until the free trial period has ended. If you cancel within the free trial period, access will cease and you will not be able to receive the above once you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions: All Subscription fees are non-refundable. Therefore once payment has been taken, you will not be refunded for any part of the subscription period. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Members page. You can also re-subscribe at any time subject to availability. You will continue to have access and receive your weekly healing until the last day of your subscription.
Membership Emails: Once you have subscribed, you agree to receive a weekly email from Blissfully Free for this service and occasional emails regarding any changes or offers for Blissful Boosts only. Blissfully Free never passes your information or e-mail address onto any third-party companies.
Your paid subscription entitles you access to the Weekly Wisdom and all supplementary written, audio and video material for personal use only. It is prohibited to share any of Blissfully Free's copyrighted paid-for material anywhere online, via any transmission method or to make it available for download or viewing anywhere on the Internet. The Weekly Wisdom is a paid copyrighted service and are not for free distribution or re-sale. It is prohibited to translate and then share these into other languages.
Blissfully Free offers internet sales discounts and special offers from time to time.
To claim your discount, you must enter the appropriate promotional code (Promo Code) by viewing your shopping basket:
Basket Discount codes will only be valid once your basket has reached the appropriate value.
Special Offer discount codes will only be valid once the product has been added to your basket.

On the Blissfully Free website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered by a data subject for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject is authorized to receive the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the newsletter.
Accuracy of Information
Whilst I endeavour to ensure that all information included on the Website is correct, I cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. If I am informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Website, I will correct these as soon as I reasonably can. Prices, descriptions, specifications and product availability may change at any time without further notification. Accuracy of colours in photographs cannot be guaranteed to be an exact representation.
I aim to describe every product accurately and represent the product with a photograph(s). Where a product page includes Dimensions (L W H) this describes the pack or bagged size of multiple items, or the size of an individual item. Average weights and sizes describes the average size of an individual item within a pack or bag. Please note that I try my hardest to represent the product with accurate information.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Blissfully Free the buyer is agreeing to be bound by the seller’s terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
I shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.

I will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and I aim to resolve your complaint within one week of your initial contact. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be happy! My normal office hours are 10am - 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
