Blissfully Free is the name that will show on your Paypal/credit card statement.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Blissfully Free does not have a shop that customers can visit. All sales are exclusively done via the internet.
Do you offer promotional codes?
Yes, from time to time I will offer promo codes, which can be found on the Special Offers page or the Store pages and will also be sent out in my newsletter, which you can sign up to. You can add the promotional code to your basket before checkout.
How do I download my Attunement manual?
Once payment has been made you will be able to download your attunement manual straight away as a new window will open up with the download link. This link will also be emailed to you with confirmation of your order. If you do not see this email, please check your Junk/Spam email folder as it will have probably gone in there! If it is not there, then please email me and I will send you the manual via email myself.
Why can't I pay in Euro's or Dollars?
All prices shown are in £ sterling. When you checkout via Paypal then it will give you the option of how you wish to pay (Paypal balance, bank transfer, credit or debit card). I give a rough idea of the conversion to US $ on my website for goods and services, but these are not exact as they are there to give my customers an idea of price.
How do I cancel my order or return an item?
Services purchased from ‘Blissfully Free Services or ‘Events’ pages:
Course manuals are sent by email via a download link, unless otherwise stated and are written in English. All ‘Services’ fees (this includes everything under the Services page) and Event donations are non-remunerable once payment has been made. If a duplicate payment has been sent in error I will process a refund for you within 72 hours. If you are unhappy with the attunement manual which you have received I offer the option of exchanging your chosen attunement and manual for another system to the same value. Please email me with the name of the attunement you would like to swap with. If I have already set up your attunement, then I will not be able to swap it with another one.
What should I do if I have a complaint?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, then please contact me at email@example.com or by phone on 07434 680544. I will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and I aim to resolve your complaint within one week of your initial contact. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be happy! My normal office hours are 10am - 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
